Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Pink and yellow, so tasteful.

Get it all bead blasted and it would be fine.

Considering that the base price for a new Waterford fixed is like $1200, that price isn't totally outrageous....

....But still, that thing is an aesthetic nightmare.

So I was wrong about the price, but not about the rest.

You don't like pink and yellow? There's dumber **** to spend $1000 on.
The frame's awesome, the tire's are good, the fork's good... $300 wheels.

That bike's just all tarcked out. Don't hate.

Good way to ruin an awesome frame.

I would buy that, part it out, repaint the frame and build that thing up something fierce. I love Waterford frames.

since when to rims come and go like runway trends--
any decent set of rims should last multiple years. . .
but yeah I agree that bike is kinda ugly. Kinda FUGLY.

The frame is fine. Just clean the pink off the fork, seatpost and crankset. Or get a rainbow wig and some facepaint.

That thing may be hideous but as others have pointed out, at least it is a quality frame. But how about $700 for this:

They sell, and thats all that matters to the LBS My LBS is testing out powder coated deep "V"s with multi colored powder coated spokes $400.00 a pop! Havn't been there in a bit so I don't know if they sold any. I don't like them but I wouldn't dog anyone that does
