3TTT mutant or a Cinelli Groove. the Groove has a slightly shallower angle to it. Check out Cinelli in general, they have a number of gorgeous stems.

I actually really like the look of the 3T Mutant, but I feel like I am never going to find a silver 100mm one...

You could get the Mutant, and re-finish it to be silver, no?

I assume they are anodized aluminum, so yeah any abrasive should get the layer or ano off. I would probably go with sandpaper. Find a place that will do the re-finish before you do anything though.

At least 8 distinct words on that one side alone. You'll be flying up hills like patani in no time.

This one ain't any better in terms of words but it looks better:

Mutants work with 1" or 1 1/8" steerers; they are sized for 1 1/8" but also come with a shim for 1". I have two (a 110mm white one and a 130mm silver one) and they both came that way.

Prices on Mutant stems on Ebay are all over the place; the white one, which is unbranded, is selling for around $50-70 shipped from Europe. However I just got the silver one from a US seller for $10. so they're actually quite affordable depending on the seller.

*edit* that's the guy I bought the white Mutant from. He's located in Holland. Good seller, although a little pricey. But he shipped it very quickly (like a week) and it was in perfect condition.

i think obvious weld lines on stems look pretty horrible. that's what makes mutant and cinelli groove look so unique and sleek. They are all one piece (minus the face plate of course).

The Nitto UI-5GX isn't available in black anywhere is it? I really like it, but would like it a lot more if I could find it in black...
