with as backlogged as he already is with ****, i doubt he is going to be very expedient with getting those things out the door. Be patient and grateful, you already got a ridiculous deal.

I think most people appreciate the awesome deal and generosity, but it seemed many thought it was a "too good to be true" situation, but took a chance anyway. In that case I'm they could deal with the fact that their order didn't go through, but would like to know yea or nay, so they could move on to other options.

it seems to me as thought that "SALE" was a cheesy way to pacify all the people who had complaints about the company. Good intention on part of IRO but the problem is not their prices but their weak business structure. If they want to make customers feel appreciated they should work on delivering the product they sell and are getting paid good money for.

an update: i took a road trip out to IRO today and met with Tony, and picked up my frames from him. Yes this was legit, and yes he was working like a madman to get everything sorted.

Two big thumbs up for Tony and his business, will definitely be a repeat customer.

I still haven't received shipping confirmation for the frame I ordered, but my sister's Brooks saddle just shipped. I'll be patient; how mad can I be? I got a frame for free (almost).

It's kind of crazy you could likely get a made-to-order ****ing Ferrari faster than you can get an IRO bike built for you.

how did I miss this and why did nobody share?
I could have gotten my girlfriend a nice bike for next to nothing from what it sounds like.

It was so sketchy. I found out a couple days before, was watching the website the whole weekend. The website went down numerous times, then came back but the store wasn't working. I didn't end up getting anything due to the website being such a pile of ****. It was kindof ****ty but good for those who got something out of it.
