Apparently, that is a new fad to have drop bars on a cruiser-style frame. I prefer my "retro" frames to have commuter/porteur/north road bars.

The bike looks way too small for him and I don't know if it counts as bike porn.

I've been wondering about these old school frames. can someone clue me in as to what those connections between the stem and fork and seat and frame are? I'm assuming they're to increase the stiffness of the ride? Just curious as to what the philosophy on them was.

They are drafting behind vehicles at 100+kmph, need to be sure nothing comes loose.

^Actually, its so the rider can get closer to the motorcycle he/she is pacing, to keep speed easier and to draft them better.
