i am 5'7, how large should my frame be if I want one on the smaller size that doesnt feel like i have to leap onto the seat, total n00b on frame sizing thanks for the help

fine i'll be unsarcastic. go to a bike shop and ride some bikes you are interested in purchasing or ones that are similar to ones you are purchasing, find the one that feels the most comfortable to you and go with that size... was that better?

^^^ 52-53cm should be good. I have a 54cm tt (I'm 5'8" with a 31" inseam) and am thinking of sizing down to a 52cm frame.

Also, this board has a relatively high SNR but there is good info to be gleaned. ;)
