its a bikeroom, you take road bikes in and with special chemicals that are extremely sensitive to light, you develop them into fixed gears

I would suggest going to the hardware store and picking up some thin 3/8" nuts and some spacers. That way you are able to dial in your chainline. To pull your cog in, add spacers to the fixed side and remove spacers on the freewheel side. To push your cog out, remove spacers on the fixed side and add spacers on the freewheel side.
