Where can I find a (this) Rain Tail retractable fender?

It would keep the air directly above the fender dry, at least.

Thanks. I dont want it for the rain. I want it for riding just after a rain... wet roads, small puddles, etc. Sorry I dont ride enough in the rain to warrant a functional full fender and my desire for a "ugly" retractable fender bothers you.

no fender would help in the rain.
how the **** would a fender keep you dry in the rain?
ignore these idiots.
we understand that the function of a fender is to keep water that whips off of the wheel from hitting you.

In Seattles peradrizzile the rainy seasons drizzle sent you home wet from the knee down and on your butt crack as the water on the ground is more to avoid then the water in the air...... Oh, and vincypoo, you are a "fail" and not an expert on "photos"
