Yeah.. As someone who makes beats/ music, it's kinda irritating to hear these kindergarten, took-15-seconds-to-make, beats with "Lil Skateboard P." (HAHAHA) rapping about where he vacations and his Enzo. Who really cares? I mean, I realize some people actually do. I just don't get it. I feel like it takes away from talented producers (not implying that I am one) who put a lot of time and effort into making it sound interesting and different. I like minimalism but that's just ridiculous.

Not Pharrell. If I remember correctly, they're actually high school kids from Davis(?), CA. All the girls in the video look pretty young, rumor was they're from the schools dance / cheer team.

*edit*

Just checked, they were from Berkley High, not Davis.

That's because The Pack are from Berkeley. They're a small bay area group who got some-what "big" because of that song. So I wouldn't be surprised if those girls are from Berkeley High.

i like pharrell w/ N.E.R.D.
but by himself, meh not so much
Chad is the true genius behind the beats

Sorry, I should have been more clear. I know you weren't saying he's in the video, when I said "not Pharrell" I was talking about the beat, not the actual people. I was just throwing a little (useless) info in there.

But why would you be confused by 24", cruisers are fun.

Except it's not a bmx cruiser. It's a bike set up as a typical flat-bar fixed gear.

I will definitely agree, he made the beats on Kenna's sacred cow album. :thumb:

I like it too. The double Aerospoke screams --> Style!!! If I were loaded I'd have a bike with double Aerospokes too (White)!!! Fixed gears rock! It's like a car but way less expensive...Think maybe he put a bike rack on his bently!!!

Poser.

Look again, Poser. His shoes have white eyelets which are a stock colorway for vans. The fixed gear vans have black eyelets. A poser always overlooks the details...

A poser calls people poser.

I cannot help if I notice details while others make assumptions off a quick glance. Before you start calling names make sure you got some solid information to support your reasoning.

mangpress 11-14-08 02:47 AM

a poser, poses.
