Rear Hub Question

I want to build a rear wheel with a Fixed/SS combo, would it be better to use a fixed/fixed hub (Formula or DA) with a White Ind. freewheel or a Phil Wood Fixed/Free hub? Which would be the least maintenance or worry in the long run?

people have given rave reviews about the quality, durability, and easy maintenance of phil wood hubs.

more expensive usually means less maintenance. haven't used phil woods but i've hear great great things.

Phil Woods. Smooooth. Maintenance free (nearly). Last forever. Heavy. Expensive.

Yeah, I think I'll build the rear with a Phil Wood low flange hub. Probably 32 spoke 3 cross with an Aerohead rim. Front wheel will most likely be a White Ind. H2 hub with an Aerohead rim but still not sure about the lacing, radial or 2x.

Phil wood with white industries freewheel - serious bombproof. You pay for quality. Rememeber that.

So do you think a fixed/fixed Wood hub with a WI freewheel is a better combo than a fixed/free Wood hub? What are the advantages of one or the other?
