+1. If your giggle berries are getting mashed its probably a matter of seat angle. Proper bicycle set up for men is that the front of the saddle should be slightly higher than the back of the saddle. If you place a yardstick running from front to back on the saddle you should be able to see the angle pretty easy. Personally, I found the best way to determine if your saddle is at the right angle is to ride with no hands and trying not to squeeze the saddle with your thighs and see if you slide forward any. If you slide forward, tilt it up, if you slide back either tilt it down or if its comfortable leave it alone.
