And the thief who swiped a bike and took it to Wheatridge Cyclery west of Denver and tried to sell it. The mechanic recognized the bike as one he had worked on, Discreetly clued in the manager talking to the thief, and called the police. The manager stalled a few minutes 'til the cops got there for the bust. The wrench then called the owner to pick up his bike.

awesome story. i had a friend try to "steal" my bike when he had no idea what a fixed gear bike was like. and he had the floor trying to get on it. it was awesome
