Global Spoke Card Exchange

Hey everyone,
I am trying to start up a global spoke card exchange.
Here's how it goes:
Mail me a spoke card.
I’ll mail you one back at random.
Please include some postage in the envelope so I can mail it back.
I'll even stick a note in there that tells you were in the world it originated.
Please have them mailed sometime before Friday, December 12th.
Check back with the site. I am going to post pictures of each spoke card I get.
Depending on the turnout, I’ll post a new date and do the whole thing over again.
I am trying to get people involved from around the globe.

azspokecardexchange.tumblr.com

Please help spread the word.
Thanks alot,
Matt Koscica

If I'm going to pay the postage to send you one, you should pay the postage to send me one.

I used to make and send Art postcards to friends and they would make some and send them back, it's pretty fun actually not to just recieve the same old mail all the time.

This sounds like a cool idea. Yet I don't have any cards to send.... Yet. I do run with an Ace of Spade in my spoke, but I dont want to give that up. If everyone can run by an honor system and pay for the postage and not release anyones address without permission I could see this being a cool Christmas event. Maybe we can do a secret santa type thing.

He is going to be sending it out to a lot of people though.

Besides, a stamp is what? 42 cents?

Seriously.

I mean, I'm gonna mail this fellow in AZ some cool **** if that's all it is... or does it have to be a little thicker than paper? like playing card-cardboard? I never understood spoke cards, but I understand a Topps Special Gold with Dennis Eckersley slangin' that side-arm in Oakland A's regalia in the back wheel of my 16" Royce Union circa '92... THAT'S THE KINDA LANGUAGE OL' FASTO SPEAKS BADBOY!

I'm not into the spoke card thing either but I don't see the need to bash the idea. Seems like a genuinely cool thing to do for some folks. Give a little community to those across the world, outside of this forum of course.

WOW, what a wonderfully un-original comment!

All you guys talking smack about spoke cards probably have the most out of everyone who wants to participate.
