I was not insinuating a prevention of theft with reflective tape. I was only concerned with the aesthetic look of the bike if one wanted the same daylight appeal without affecting the whole black look at night. Non-reflective vinyl sheeting is the better way to go with my intentions.

A green Kilo is on its way to me with a dent in the top tube, so I'm going to see if the vinyl tape can cover that up well enough.

Get some pipe cover from Home Depot and secure it those little security plastic belts. Not only covers the logos, it also protects the frame from scratches and doesn't leave residue or marks.
Oh and obviously the best thing to do is to properly lock your bike, always!

its really easy to remove decals off bikes, just use a hairdryer to heat up the decal and melt of the varnish and then scrape it off. clean it up with a little cut and polish and you're good to go.
