question about forks and barspins

what up guys. so right now I'm in the process of building up a pake track frame, and i pretty much only need a fork and headset to complete it. so the obvious question is of course what do you think would be a good fork to throw on this guy. But the more important question is: what determines if your bike is able to barspin, one of my friends said that it was the rake of the fork but I didn't know if it were true. If it is true, is there a standard rake of fork to buy if you want to be able to do barspins? My current bike doesn't spin, it seems to be just a centimeter or two away from proper clearance and i really want to be able to barspin (not to sound like a hipster *****) on my new bike. Thanks so much for any help you can give me

The head angle also determines if you can barspin. If it is too steep then your 700c wheels won't spin even if the rake is neutral. I would like to know if there is a way to configure the Pake frame for 700c barspins too, haven't seen this in person - generally speaking though a very low rake will be best. I have seen a bunch of Kilo TT frames that can spin though, if that helps you compare geometry.

Dude, you just totally copy-pasted what I said the other thread some time ago. Please do try to come up with something original to say.

Why would you mess with a mountain wheel and not a 650c track or road wheel?
