I say push it out since there are no credits/copyrights based on the original idea behind this and the submissions. If he won't grab an oar, throw his ass to the sea

I say we find his bike and light him up.
I wonder if he actually rides, no one here has really met him.

He blocked my phone number now, so I can't even call him.. and his email comes back as "not valid".

Whoa there, champ. I'm not laughing at you. The retreat into absurdity is how I always react to sucky things.

Here, I'll try to be constructive : You've already produced these things, right? Or at least are so far into the process that there's no backing out. I'd say you offer Mayo the chance to reimburse you for all that, and write off the idea of trying to do nice things for people for a while until the burn heals, or just put the damn things out anyway. It'd suck if somebody stole 'em from you and then released them, wouldn't it?

Allready produced.. that's not the 1/2 of it. They are sitting waiting for me to pick up. The phone messages are off the hook. Some how he sends them and doesn't call me direct. It's like jeckle and hyde man I tell you what.

Well WK, I know you are pissed, but send them out. All you need is permission to publish and you've got that right in this thread and probably in a lot of other emails between the two of you. Done deal. It's in writing.

Legal action? Ha! Who's Mayo kidding?

I'm only suggesting publishing so you can recoup the cost, because if it was me and I could afford to, I doubt I'd be spreading around the writing of someone who didn't appreciate all the effort I went through.

Send them out, get your money back and try to move on.

William, Guidelines:

Vulgarity
As a community with a diverse variety of members and readers, we ask that our members to post without using vulgarity. Vulgarity not only includes vulgar language and pictures but also sexist, racist, anti-religious and homophobic language which may offend other members. In addition, the "masking" of vulgarity by inserting * or another keystroke in place of one or more letters in a vulgar term is unacceptable in most cases.

https://www.bikeforums.net/faq.php?fa...#faq_vulgarity

Thanks.
