Would you buy these track drops(bianchi) and this unknown stem?

Anyone, anything? I have no idea if these bars are decent or not and couldn't turn up much searching. 35 doesn't seem to bad though

The deal doesn't sound too bad. What could you do wrong with spending 35 $? That's like nothing! Only the saddle of my fixed gear costed three times this much!

not my bike, it's an old windsor road bike that he converted and i'm looking to find a decent deal on track drops but i'm in no hurry since i won't be at the track for awhile
