Will Conti 28mm fit a Kilo TT?

Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

I know the 25mm GP4000 is only 23.8mm wide.

Yes,I have Specialized All Conditions 700x28 on my Kilo in the rear, but my fork isnt stock so i can only fit a 700x25 in it. Although looking at my stock fork it looks like it should have plenty of room.

I just ordered some 700x28 Vittoria Randonneurs for my TT Pro...I hope they fit on the Pro as well. I figured they would though...
