$40 for one pink deep v rim? (velocity)

Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

its probably for just the hoop. if its a complete wheel pull the trigger.

***just re-read the OP. if its not exactly what you want, its likely more hassle than its worth***

black/silver/etc are cheaper, usually $50. i don't know if it's just hipster mark-up or if it's a higher cost due to a lower production numbers, but colors like pink, lime green, etc are usually $70... doesn't mean you can't get a good deal somewhere online, but for regular LBS price, $70.

That dosen't sound like too bad a price, if that's what you want. I would strip the paint myself too, a pink bike is only cool if you're a girl, or a hardcore BMXer.
