Where did you find 1 1/8" cable clips? Steel bikes normally have 1 1/8 seat and downtubes and 1" toptubes. That's why it's hard to find 1 1/8" cable clips. You don't normally clip cables to the seatube or downtube.

But they don't kit the Kilo's top tube. Either they are off or the TT is larger.
