Bicycle tricks.. Track or Road fork?

what type of fork is it easier to do tricks on the road with? track or road? why?

Also,
Alpina fork vs. AlphaQ?
FSA vs Ritchey on headsets/stems?
Can't decide

BMX bike.

But if you insist doing tricks on a track bike, you need more relaxed geometry. If you're going to run the fork on a bike with track geometry, you want something closer to a BMX-style fork. Now, I know nothing about bmx, but I think you'd be better off with a track fork.
