Hudson/Passaic County NJ / NYC can anyone help me out?
Just hoping there is another FG/SS or anyone really in the area that has a bunch of tools and wouldn't mind helping me switch over some of my stuff. I'm mechanically competent, but I've been working crazy hours, my tools are missing, and I don't have many bike specific tools.
I wouldn't mind picking up some beer, food, riding my bike there, and I'll be on my way. I hate paying a shop to do something I know I can do and not quite ready to start trying to order a ton of tools.
Need to take old crank off my 85ish raleigh olympian, take new IRO crank off vintage varsity, swap the two, and I think thats basically it. I may have a seized cog on one wheel I've tried everything on, but thats no biggie.
