Purchasing crossraods wheels/hub/cog/ring

So, I am shearing the threads off my rear hub.
next I am looking for a wheelset that uses those hubs without threads what are they called? then I think I might as well get the 1/8' while I am at it and will need a 1/8 ring or can I use the 3/32 ones I have?
any way please send links.

My front is still fine I just figure sets save money.

edit: oh yea, I think I want fixed/fixed cause coasting is lame.
