Also, instead of swastikas (generally frowned upon unless on a restored WWII aircraft)... why not put something else, like a bike stencil for every century or alleycat you do...
May save you bent up frame, wheels, etc.

I am currently repainting my '07 Raleigh Rush Hour to look like a WWII fighter (think P-51 or P47). It will be raw steel, with thick white and black stripes wrapping around the downtube and seattube, and little swastikas on the top tube symbolizing my "kills." On the fork blades I am going to attach decals of a pin up girl that I drew.
THE ONLY THING MISSING IS A NAME!
any clever suggestions? other ideas on the paint scheme? (I'm not done yet!)
-thanks!

Well, it's not really a name. More of a description:

Yeah...the swastikas are not gonna get recognized for what you think and your bike is gonna get thrashed.
We had a lady come into the shop and she had put a vintage prewar decal on her fender that had a very small swastika (it is a very old form of Christian cross) and had her bike trashed when someone tried to tear off the fender when they could not remove the decal (it had been shellacked).

may i suggest some black arrospok stencils for "kills"? in all honesty i think using something bike related will make the kill stencils make much more sense

Yea Id suggest putting some Iron Crosses on there rather than the swastikas if you just have to have that look. Swastikas are just going to get ****ed with.

does it absolutely have to mimick a plane? What about a WWII motorcycle? If plane, then does it have to be one that fought on the western front? What about rising son kill icons?

You could put little swastikas inside a crossed out circle, so it actually looks and conveys what you're trying to say. Everyone will think you're with ARA or something, and you won't have your bike messed with.

yes, spades or simple bomb silhouettes. The swastikas were for major bombings.
