Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Single Speed article in Playboy

There was a brief article in the March edition about Spot bicycles and the simplicity of a singlespeed. And before you get all goofy about the fact that it was Playboy, I look at it for the articles only!

It was some racing bike. The NORBA & World 24 hour solo champs bike. It pissed me off a little, though. They were talking about using it to go muddin'.

Riding a trail in heavy mud can damage it severely and sometimes permanently.

I pointed that same article out a while back. I thought that it was cool that the set guy bought one after the photo shoot.. Glad to hear that someone can afford those bikes.

Actually, my next singlespeed is going to be pink. Not your normal, boring baby pig pink that everyone gets when they're trying to be groovy, but a dusky, pinky-purpley colour - like that pink you see at dusk when the sun goes down and the red sun mixes with the darkening blue sky.

Ahhhh.....the serentity.

Now show us the boobies fer cryin' out loud. You got a scanner don't ya?

Mr.Karstens, that is a flagrant disregard for the rules of this board. How dare you post pictures of Boobies like that. Don't you know minors frequent this board? Geez.

Anyway, here is some ***** >>>>>

You'll be suprised to hear that she is not only "Magnificent", but also "Moody"

Wow, apparently the word "pu$$y" now no longer means "Cat". Highly discriminatory, I feel. Not happy. Might have to consider a class action.

Something tells me that I shouldn't look at that on my work computer.

Just a guess.
