kilo tt sizing

alright
i really really like the kilo tt from bikesdirect.com
http://www.bikesdirect.com/products/mercier/kilott.htm
im really debating on what size i should get
im about 5'10" - 5'11" and my inseam is around 32"
the main thing i dont want is my seat really low, i like it pretty high.
heres the link for the mercier geometry for the kilo tt
http://www.cyclesmercier.com/geometry_tt.html

another little question. is there a special way to cut down a threadless stem
(the stem on the kilo tt is pretty tall)
tall stems = puke

53. check the other kilo threads. there are pages and pages of info.

Steve90068 02-24-09 03:07 PM

are you really asking this without searching?

skid on me 02-24-09 03:10 PM

to lazy
i'de just rather someone answer my question then scroll through 69 pages of things that i dont want to know before i see what i want

skid on me 02-24-09 03:11 PM

and i doubt anyone my size is asking the same question

vledaD 02-24-09 10:27 PM

he has a point, those kilo tt threads are hundreds of pages long.

Do you know how many guys out there are 5' 10"-5' 11" with a 32" inseam asking about Kilo sizing? Really dude, stop being lazy. [Mostly] everyone else searches so why shouldn't you have to? Just cause you have the coolest username ever invented?

I heard the Kilo TT frames run "big".

Patricky 02-24-09 11:23 PM

they sure do run big. I'm 5 9 and 31 inseam. I found out my 53 was actually more like a 55 frame. My seat post Wasnt to low or high, but the tt was to long. I have pursuit bars and a 50mm stem was to long. I was never comfy on that bike
