Nitto Rb18 bullhorns - reverse lever or top mount?
Just wondering what you guys chose for yours and why? Or just wondering why one would choose one versus the other.
Trying to decide myself and have ridden primarily drops so not sure which I'd like better.
Also taking recommendations for which ever lever you like.

I was under the impression that rb-18's couldn't take reverse levers.

I had bullhorns before with a reverse lever, and while sufficient, I often felt like I had to stretch to reach the lever. It wasn't a huge deal, but I would imagine in an emergency situation it would be a bit of a concern. I am going back to bullhorns in the next few weeks and plan on using a top mount lever for better comfort and a shorter reach in case of emergency.

This is a tough choice. I have rb-21's, and I currently have a reverse lever. However, I eventually plan on having a cross lever. Having a reverse lever makes it easier to stop when you're on the ends going very fast. But I noticed that I have much more control over my speed when I'm on the ends (better leverage to skid-stop, backpedal, etc) or I was climbing. The times I was on the flats were when I was resting (meaning I'd rather just brake rather than backpedal). I also am changing to a cross lever is because it's just easier to swap out bars.
