help putting new tires on that have no wire bead

i just got new tires with no wire bead, folding tires. how the **** do i get these thiings on? anyone have any good successful methods?

Inflate the tube with 1-2 pumps.
Insert into tire to help it take shape.
Slide valve thru rim opening and pull tire bead down into rim.
Slowly work tire around wheel, one bead at a time.
When it gets too hard to get the last bit over, deflate tube and voila, done.

It's really the same as a stiff tire but requires more hand massaging.

They go on the same way as a wire beaded tyre although they require a little more finesse... using the tube to hold the tyres shape is key to making it easier.

Some folding tyres are an absolute pita to install the first time.
