Now I plan to have one hand-made track frame, and my budget is around usd500-1000
I have checked the GeekHouse frame, what do you guys think about this?

Marinoni Pista. MSRP is $695, and you have custom options for an extra $150.

https://www.labicicletta.com/edatcat/...MARINONI-PISTA

I would honestly be very surprised if you could find a comparable bike at that price. I was considering getting one myself, but decided to save my pennies for a surly cross-check frame instead (Toronto weather is a *****).

if he was looking for the "actual track", he probably wouldn't be considering spending $700 on a steel frame.

just find something nice that's used. that way you can resell it and get your money back if you don't overpay or crash it.

Blog called cycloculture ran a piece about a frame maker named Allan Wanta. Mentioned something about $850 for custom frames, which fits the budget you mentioned. No affiliation or any idea if he's any good.
