Mostly just an IRO Mark V. 46x15, 165mm cranks, Eggbeater pedals (or mks gr-9's with soma clips and straps), brooks B17 imperial saddle (chopped to hell), and nashbar TT bullhorns.
Coming soon: smaller chainring, bigger SS freewheel, flat bars, a rear brake, and 700x32 CX tires for summer trail burning! Oh, and some conti gator-skins to replace those horribly worn road tires.

I have a feeling like I might be seeing this one elsewhere soon.
I am a fan of IRO's, though.

I'm still trying to dial in how far fore-aft to set the saddle too. And the horns, might bring those up a bit...
Kierke, whaddya mean you might be seeing it elsewhere? you're not planning on stealing it are you?

Is the wrapping the tt with bar tape for looks of scratching it up when you lock it up? a layer of bar tape isn't going to stop you frame from getting dented if you crash real bad

The wrapped tt is really mostly for looks...and I guess it protects the tt from scratches, but I don't plan on ever taking it off and looking at the shiny red paint beneath. I wasn't looking for dent protection, but now that you mention it, my wrap probably does afford some of that. It's got four coats of shellac.
