How much is this frame worth?

I've been trying to get a real track frame and I found a Rossin and a soviet-made KBAHT. The soviet frame is Columbus tubing, I haven't received photos of it yet..

I don't know what kind of tubing the Rossin is, but here it is:



How much would you pay for that Rossin? I like the paintjob, don't care about the scratches...
There are no dents or any structural damage on either frame.

300-400 would be fair, imho. need to know the tubeset to be any more specific. I'd err on the side of less if its aelle, more if its sl or something like that.

what bout the rossin? any idea what tubing that is/where i can find out online ?

i was actually referring to the rossin. they made several levels of framesets, theres hard to say what it is without seeing the sticker.

ah okay, i'll see if i can find that out..
this is the kvant frame:


Columbus TSX.

How much should I pay at most? The frame's paint is in a lot better shape that the Rossin.
