NJS is just a stamp of approval, certifying a certain part meets NJS standard, but it does not necessary equals to quality...

NJS parts are of very high quality. Some of the highest quality track parts you can buy.

Also, Giro Atmos FTW

Wait for someone who buys a helmet in the incorrect size, then sells it on Craigslist. I got my Ionos for $100.

well, Texas heat makes it kind of worth it to buy an expensive one that keeps you cool. If I have a cheap, muggy one I will just end up not wearing it, which is obviously bad.

Just picked up this Kilo TT off the local CL. I think it's pretty much stock except for the Shimano 105 front brake, Dia Compe levers and some Rubino Slicks. And I threw my Selle San Marco on it immediately. About to go for the first ride in a little while here.

I agree. And why are you using road clipless pedals on a fixie? When I get my trackstands down I'm going w/ the SPD type clipless..but haven't really made up my mind yet...

Note to self. Just look at the photos, just look at the photos, do not read the comments, do not read the comments, keep smartass reply to myself, keep smartass reply to myself.

I bought it last night.. of course I test rode it and took it for a quick spin in the rain when I got home, but I didn't actually go for a real ride until this morning.. after my post. It was great by the way, sure beats my conversion.
