Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

not too sure, but i think it may be from specialized don't take my word for it though.

I just remember how my friend was very pissed that some chick had sat on his bike and broke the saddle not too long after this photo was taken.

My Raleigh, double-butted Reynolds 501 Cromoly frame, probably far too big to fit me, seeing as that's optimum saddle height right there. Ciari BMX race bars, centre-pull brakes, and a very odd stem I found on Ebay. Rear brake because it's got a flip-flop hub with a freewheel on one side. I sprayed the cranks and bars myself with a rattlecan. Only got it riding today, still one or two little issues, like that saddle angle, but it rides pretty well. Apologies for the awful photo quality btw...

It's not got much street cred anyway, on account of the fact that it usually has ME on it!

It's official; the bug is back. I'm itching to ride again. *sigh*

*I only sigh because it was nice not spending obscene amounts of money on bikes/gear.

Spending the next few hours browsing BF as I sit in the airport.

The liver they still don't know what's wrong with it exactly, it's inflamed and they don't really know why. The only conditions I still have is no alcohol (I don't really drink much anyways so that's no problem) and no physical contact for another 3 months. So by spring time, I'll be ready to ride again. They're having me to down to Boston to see a liver specialist. So that's...fun.

I actually had a dream about riding last night, (on my roadie though) down my favorite descent out in Vermont. It was such a good dream.

According to a credible and reliable source, STBD means sexually transmitted brain disease.

Gyes, you don't even need to post pics anymore. I mean seriously, you have enough bfssfg cred to last you at least 2 more years.
