PLZ HALP: Crank/BB/Chainring

I am converting my Lotus Pro-Series 2000R to a fixed/single...

my bike info

I'm currently trying to figure out what to do about my BB & crankset. My chainrings are pretty worn, and don't seem to be replaceable, and I'd rather not use a new chain and rear cog with a worn out chainring. I also want to move from the 170mm crank to a 165mm, and for various reasons I'd like to stay at 130mm BCD. I need help figuring out which crank/BB/chainring will work well.

The BB seems to have something like a 32mm ID. On this chart, my spindle is roughly

A 33mm
B 53mm
C 33mm
D 129mm

Ideally I'd like to get a somewhat cheap used crank, buy a new chainwheel, and buy new cartridge BB, and I'd like to spend <$50 on all of it, but I'm starting to realize that might not be possible, and I'm not totally against buying new SRAM or Sugino cranks. LMK what I should do. Thanks!

For a somewhat decent setup I'd get

Woah, I just found parts of another crankset in my garage junkbox. Its an old Super Maxy/Sugino 110BCD 52/39 setup with 170mm crank.

I guess I could use it with a new 42 or 44t 1/8" chainwheel, and keep my eyes peeled for a good used 165mm 110BCD crank.

Thoughts?

Ah you snuck a post in there while I was typing. I did see the Pake crank, looks pretty good, I like the crank and color, but its 3/32, and I have 1/8" chain and rear cogs, so if I'm buying a new chainwheel I want 1/8".

Also, where do you make the BB length measurement? Outer-to-outer?
