Brake Lever Compatible with Nitto 123 with hinge?

Hola....

I've been riding brakeless however I promised my wife I would put one on. I was going to buy a Pauls Comp e-lever however I recently learned that it simply slides on the bars. The problem is I have the Velo-Orange elk hide leather wrap on my Nitto 123s. I'd rather not have to take off my wrap if I don't have to....especially since it took me 2 hours! Are there levers that are 24 mm that have hinges?

How about a time-trial brake lever, backwards? Just a suggestion, I dont know if they run small enough for that bar.

Personally I think these are very nice. Reliable and no-frills levers.https://www.w-base.com/onlinestore/im...PID757_LRG.jpg

WILL NOT WORK ON B259 or B211 HANDLEBARS, these bars have a 24.0mm grip area.
Says that right in the description
Just get any brake then use some electrical tape or aluminum can or anything else to make a shim

i have had good results with a piece of an old tire innertube as a shim, and it doesn't scratch the bars.

It's no joke. Google answers questions like op's better and faster than this forum does, so why not point that out?
