The merino wool Swobo beanie is the most amazing cap that I have ever worn. I own two (same color) because it's so awesome. I don't know nothin' about their customer service though.

I'm just so impressed with the hand drawn envelope, can't believe they'd put that much time into a simple envelope haha

Folsom is on my list too just cause of how cool these guys are. Closest dealer to me is Mellow Johnny's in Austin so that's doubly awesome . . . Summer road trip! :D
