Track frame sizing?
 

I've heard second hand accounts regarding fitting for *track frame* sizing... something about a few cm below your general road frame size. Can anyone bring more light to this subject?

The bottom bracket is usually higher on a true track bike, hence the translation.

I guess it would also depend on whether or not you're using the track bike on the street or on the track....on a road bike I'm a 55, maybe a 56...but I prefer a 55. my current track bike is a 56, and it barely fits...I ride it on the street, and it's pretty good. but the frame I have coming is a 54, so it should work out perfectly.
