BMX pedals with toe clips nad straps?
i have a pair of SX pedals, which are bmx pedals, on my fixie and i was wondering whether it's possible to attach clips and straps to them.

Oh you can most likely get them on but it'll be fun to watch you get those BMX pedals on to your road cranks.

Be careful with those nad straps. You don't want to cut off too much circulation.

Good point (I missed that). Mostly definitely don't use BMX nad straps on a Roadies balls. They'll fall right off. Get the right tools for the job.

To be more helpful.... Matching the threads from your pedals to your cranks is probably more important. BMX & road cranks have different width threads, as do the matching pedals. Once that's sorted then tackle some foot retention.

Most BMX pedals these days are 9/16", same as normal.
Whether you can attach clips to them or not depends on the pedal, but many can. |
