Need some track bike suggestions
I would like to get a track bike, but don't know much about them. Could you recommend some track bikes that would be good for a beginner that are around or less than $600?

I'd either get a Pake or a Mercier Kilo TT.
For your first track bike, I wouldn't spend $600 on a frame. Get something cheaper like either of these and spend the extra money on better components.
The Pake's get a lot of hate because they are a bit heavier. But on the streets, I doubt you will feel the difference.
If you're riding on the velodrome, different story. I've never ridden one.

Soma Rush!!!! I love this freaking frame. It's probably over your budget, though. But only by a hundred-200 hundred completely built.

For the road. I haven't ever had a track bike before, and plan to use it for riding back and forth to school, so it doesn't have to be of amazing quality or anything.

Iro mark v and kilo tt are by far the two most likely to be suggested around here. There is a reason for this.
p.s. go for the mark v
