steamroller? sanchez? rush? pake? iro?

i am buying my first new bike and it will also be my first fixie. i want to use this bike to commute ten miles a day and also to ride around for a bit of exercise. i want something that is comfortable for me to ride, is light, goes fast, and is gonna last a long time.

so far i am considering the surly steamroller, swobo sanchez, soma rush, pake track, felt brougham, or an iro.
i like the swobo cause it has a longer wheelbase and i've read rave reviews on their website but here i've read that they are "trendy garbage."
i'm 5'7" and my legs are kinda short so i need something 49-51 cm but i dont want to feel to scrunched up when i'm riding.
i dont know too much about somas or pakes but ive heard that they are a good deal for the money. the felts are brand knew and i dont even know if you can get one yet but apparently a complete one only weighs 19 lbs.
i see a lot of people riding iros but i dont know anything about em.

what do people think of these bikes?
are there any others that i should consider?

thanks!

IRO's are really nice. I love my angus. Reynolds 631 is pretty nice material for the price they are asking. If you are wanting a complete bike, I would go with an IRO. Best bang for the buck complete bike in my opinion.

Next one out of those I would consider would be the soma rush. Tange Prestige is some nice stuff.

If I were you, I'd go ride a couple of bikes and figure out what kind of geometry you like. The track bike feel is definately a bit of a change from a regular bike.
