Platform pedals with clips and straps?
Platform as in BMX/MTB style. I've seen fixies with these pedals and clips and straps. Seems like a bad idea as far as cornering clearance goes but I want to do this on my touring bike. Problem is it's hard to tell from the catalog which pedals will accept straps. Anyone do this?

odyssey twisted pc pedals. i currently use the glow in the dark ones. they feel more comfortable than road pedals to me

Coool...they'll take normal cages, and are slotted for straps?
|
Yes I could rill them out but even then many styles have that surface slanted so the cage would be all canted up or down.

Plan on using plastic clips because you often have to cut them to fit.

actually no power tools were needed. just need to get longer bolts from a hardware store. i use mks steel cages with pake space straps. you gotta twist the straps when going through the pedal so they dont loosen up. but they work great

you have pictures because I have an extra pair of Odyssey PC's from my bmx bike layin around
