24mm cross lever to 22mm bar shim?

I have some mtb risers that I want to make use of, my stock tektro cross levers are for a 24mm road bar, but the mtb bars have 22mm diameter for the brake mounts.

I want to be able to easily swap between my bars and was hoping there is a shim available for this. I have not seen one in the shops or online. Does anyone know if this exists?? Surely this is a common issue.

I've done it with some tape, it's not a load bearing connection.

Or use the rubber ones that come with lights. I've done this.

sweet. i tried some cut pieces of wide elastic band covered in electrical tape, but it proved to be too rubbery and so wouldn't get a solid feel.

I got a new roll of electrical tape and tried pure tape and it works well. A little play, but overall solid.
