Zero Drop Bullhorns less than 40cm?

looking for some quality zero drop bullhorns narrower than 40cm. the only one i could find was the tsunami el toro at 38cm. that width would be perfect but id like to see some other choices. i like the nitto bullhorn (018's) but it seems they only come in 42cm.

whats a good way of deciding a proper bar width? advantages of wider and narrower bars?

wide used to be hip....cuz it allowed better climbing and breathing..

now, I think thin is in...I prefer 40cm and narrower, for squeezing through tight spaces...
