Coaster brake/fixed gear conversion...

what are the steps necessary to convert a bike with a rear wheel coaster brake into
a fixed gear?

O yea,be sure and rap the tire with duck tape for that cool look---but don't rap the handle bars with it are everyone will laugh at ya.(why does ridding a fixed gear bring out the worst in me?)Honestly,I wasn't like this till I built that fixy.
