Chainline/Crank clearance on Jury frames?

Can the Truvativ Touro crankset w/ the 108 BB and 48t ring clear the stays on the Jury? These come stock on the other BD bikes but I don't know how it would work w/ this frame.

I'm getting stupid clearance/chainline issues w/ the set from my conversion (w/ perfect chainline).

The (road) cranks give nearly .25mm clearance and flexes enough to hit and my chainring is out like 2mm since I have to run them on the outside. When I run them inside it binds before the cranks completely seat.
