Photo request: Colored bars & clear grips

So I'm building my new kilo and I'm curious to see if any of you guys are running colored bars and clear grips. I wanna see how this looks before dropping some change and being disappointed with the results.

if aesthetics are your concern, i imagine clear grips will look like hell after a season, but it sounds like an interesting idea.

Yeah...they tend to turn pi$$ yellow after a while and look pretty gross, regardless of what color is underneath and how many times you attempt cleaning them. Don't do it!

We don't call them "colored" bars anymore FYI - they are "Handlebar Americans"

here's one, the grips look like they're the clear ones though they aren't very clear.

How about clear grip "tapes"? They stay pretty clear after some use.

Goddnes that panasonic would be so right with anything other than double-dil bars...

Get black bars with black ourys and pretend they're clear..
Or run bare bars, and prettend you running EXTREME-clear grips

i can't really be witty, i'm too busy laughing at you.

clear grips will look good for a week, tops. don't expect them to look good after that and you won't be disappointed.
