1990 cannondale SR600 crit 3.0 with 105SC. the wolbers were reduced to 'wobblers' by my daily commute. this bike now has black deep vees on it because you cant break them unless you try. also, im switching to bullhorns with reverse levers - i never ride in the drops commuting.

all the haters are missing the point of this thread. it's not for road bikes or mountain bikes or commuter bikes, it's for those of us who identify ourselves as fixed gear/ss aficionados yet still have some gears laying around. the forums, at least in my experience, are divided not by the bike we own, but with what kind of cyclist we identify ourselves as.
most of us, if we post our bike in the roadie forum we'll get no love for not being full carbon with dura ace. if we post in the mtb forum we'll get no love for not having full suspension or custom hardtails. if we post in the commuter forum we'll get no love for not having lights and fenders. the BFSSFG forum has always been the gathering point for misfits and it still is, even though all we do is hate on each other (so maybe they do get the point?)

dookie: I want your bikes. ALL OF THEM!! Porn worth, IMO. I especially like the Moots, Time, and Scapin (not much of a MTB guy). Moots frames are really cool to me, and I've always thought that if I could buy ANY CF race frame, it would be a Time.
Why do you mount your speedo on the rear wheel of that Time but on the front wheel of the Moots?

my two geared bikes that i have pics of. i have a gf tassajara, all stock, from like 2004 or so. all my bikes are mostly here because they were a good price and decently budget
my lynskey. was going to get a caad9 5 when this came up for not a whole lot more. thanks for the link, whoever posted it
yeah, needs a new stem, i'll take care of that when i get new handlebars (these are too big)
here's my commuter, got the frame in an auction, originally to practice welding in track ends. found out all the shifting gear that was on it was in good condition so i decided to build it up as a roadie. probably cheaper than it would have been to build fixed.
I also have a hiten raleigh 10speed, but who cares, and i had a shogun kaze tt bike, but that was sold to another member here. maybe he'll post pics of it.

thanks for the props. that's all of the roadies, except for the fixed...it was a 'gearie' thread, eh? fixed is same as yours...russian satellite, albeit non-OEM build. additional mtbs include a ti kona SS (king kahuna) and a 'vintage' ('92) paramount lugged steel.

1985 Trek 660 built from a frame I got on CL. I had to put my fixed parts on it when I first got it to ride immediately. The toe overlap is crazy.
It's awesome as a 9 speed with bar end shifters.
