Miche Hub EAI Cog

So I have a pair of Miche Hubs from the old group buy and an EAI 1/8" cog. It's hard to thread the cog on and I'm worried I might strip my hub if I force it. Anyone else find the same problem with this combo?

There was a thread about this, I recall that there was a bad batch of Cogs, I would say don't try to force it on and search the forums for the thread.

Edit-
Found the thread

I think it's the cog based on the thread I found.

Have you used the hubs in the past? Italian threads are slightly different from ISO, supposedly they are close enough not to matter, but Sheldon said not to switch back and forth. If you have used Miche, Phil or Campy cogs on the hub in the past it might need them again.
