you know it is better to buy a complete due to the step learning curve at which point you cross death and grave physical injury and become good at this

and another point is you don't know enough about the kind of bike or riding you will do to make wise choices

dude, i don't mean to be a dick but you've asked a handful of completely idiotic questions. do some research before you try to dive into this. there is a wealth of knowledge out there. don't worry about converting cervelos and just buy a complete.

and get a ****ing brake.
