Anyone tried the 2009 Easton Deltaforce AL?

Along with a new saddle, I am looking for a new bullhorn. The 2009 model has a wide area on the flats, a bit of drop on the extensions, with a nice looking amount of rise at the ends for a nice grip.

It all looks nice and comfortable, but does anyone have any experience?

Looks just like the Profile T2 Wing and a bit closer to the Nashbar OS bullhorns. I use the T2-Wings which have a slightly shorter extension (I think really long extensions look strange).

I like it, but am changing by bars again to something with a bit more drop.

They are comfy. Buy them :-)

Thanks triple8sol, unfortunately those threads have no rider experience info on this bar. I wrote in those threads and mentioned that the Deltaforce looks nice due to it's very elongated and flattened top bar. But as being as no one seems to have any hands on experience with the 2009 version, and I have cash to "blow" I ordered it today anyway!

I really like the look of those tops, and the extensions are long and dropped a bit for a more aggressive position.

I will post a report on how comfortable it is later. I am planning on putting Specialized S-Wrap on them. I love s-wrap, it has silicon gel on the bottom, not sticky tape, so you can pull it off, wash and reuse it as you like. This is great if you change bars a lot or want to wash your tape in the washing machine! (cold water cycle).

Where did you end up buying them? Best price I could find was $50 shipped.

I paid $90 because I can only buy from ebay as my money is tied into my paypal account. Can't get it into my Japanese bank account and can only spend in ebay. There is only one ebay store that stocks it, and they charge $60 plus $30 shipping to Japan.

SUX!!!! but oh well, I can get it at least. It will take a week to arrive.

So do I, and I totally am. Way more comfortable than the road drops with double brake cable grooves I was running previously. If I decide to get bullhorns again, these will be it.
