It is written on the downtube.

Apparently... it is a design done by Hiroshi Fujiwara in Japan.

the other frame is a Anchor/ Bridgestone rebadge, if you were wondering.

Fragment Design is a softgoods studio. Fujiwara-san does clothing and artwork. He's definitely not a framebuilder.

He's not a framebuilder. He's a designer, he's done a number of collabs with nike. I guess he's branched out to bike frames.

to be blunt, he does streetwear. therefore he makes money off of big brands and trends.
